And how much minimum required Motility for fertility.
Fertility may be possible.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
I appreciate your concern for the result of semen analysis.
I have gone through the uploaded results.
As per WHO guidelines:
1. The total number of sperms in the ejaculate should be at least 40 million
2. At least 30% of the sperms should be of normal shape and form
3. At least 25% of the sperms should be swimming with rapid forward movement.
4. At least 50% of the sperms should be swimming forward sluggishly.
However in view of your high sperm counts, fertility may be possible despite of having low rapid motility.
Hope to have answered your query.
Should you need more clarification, please feel free to send your follow-up query.
Best regards.

Means:
Required = Motile Sperm Required = 40ml *25% = 10 ML.
Actual = Motile Sperm = 80ml *20% = 16 ML.
The overall motility is low
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your query.
The normal values given in the previous reply were as per the WHO guidelines.
The sperms motility in your result is low but since the count is within the normal range, so fertility might be possible.
Following measures can be useful in increasing the motility of the sperms:
Avoid smoking and alcohol (if you are smoking/taking)
Eat vitamin & anti oxidant rich foods like orange, tomatoes, lime to lower sperm defects and increase sperm motility.
Take dry fruits like walnuts, almonds, melon seeds etc which are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids required for the production of the sperms.
Make sure to ejaculate at least twice a week that keeps your testosterone levels high and your sperm production & motility at its best.
Hope these measures could be of great help in increasing the motility of the sperms
Best regards.

Normal range of pus cells is 0 - 5 /HPF
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your query
The normal range for the pus cells in the semen is 0-5/HPF.
High count of pus cells is suggestive of infections in the testes, prostate, or seminal vesicles.
Best regards.
