What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Question: Dear sir

Please refer to the attached semen analysis.

I am married 1 year ago and i have low Active sperm motility. And i consult one fertility hospital they suggest me Quantus Capsule.

1. If this drug can resolve my issue?

2. And how much time take to effect of drug for taking another semen analysis?

3.What is the reason for more sluggish motility and how can i make it rapid ?

Pleaes help me.....

Hi,

I saw your semen analysis report.

Following is my reply :

1) Your semen analysis is excellent.

2) Rapid and sluggish motility together is more than 40% which is normal.

3) You don't need any treatment or medicines.

4) Get HSG ( hysterosalpingogram) test done for your wife to assess fallopian tubes patency.

5) Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.

6) Wear loose pants.

If my wife having failure of implantation what kind of symptoms occurred??
Like irregular period or any other ......

Her period is exact 28 days in all time.

There are no specific symptoms even if there is failure of implantation.

Doing tests like HSG will identify the problem.
