Brief Answer:
Evaluation Required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about semen analysis.
Your sperm count is very low. This needs to be evaluated.
I suggest you repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory in your town before deciding further treatment. It is possible that this report is wrong.
If the repeat semen analysis is same you need to get examined by an urologist or XXXXXXX
Further tests like scrotal Doppler and hormonal evaluation can be done after examination.
You have to opt for IVF/ICSI procedure for successful pregnancy with such low sperm count as it is difficult to improve it.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
