What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Sperm analysis dtd 6th Sept as follows
1. Semen volume 12 ml
2. Ph. 7.5
3. Viscosity slightly increase
4. Liqufication time: 45 min
5. Sperm count. 10 million
6. Viable sperm: 50%
7. Motility & grade 1hr. 50% & III
. 2hr. 40% & II
. 3hr. 40% & I
8. Epithelile cell. occasional
9. RBC. absent
10.pus cell. absent
11.crystals absent
3-4 days prior to report heavy alcohol was consumed ( 180 ml)
Same analysis done in march and count was 27 million and rest other parameters were normal
My questions are as follows
1. Chances of pregnancy with current seman report
2. Reason for drop in count
3. Currently taking folic acid along with vitamin E will that helpful for count increase
I m not having any medical history
Alcohol consumption is 90 ml daily
My age is 33 and weight is 103 kg
Ur gudiance is required for sperm count increase

I have mentioned heavy alcohol intake prior to analysis
