Pus cells of 3 to 4 per HPF may not be significant and can be taken as normal.
Presence of pus cells made me say near-normal. This should not be a problem for fertility.
The pus cells in fact can be the sperms without tail, so we can say this is a normal report and more important than anything else.- this will not cause any problem in fertility.
So be assured and do not worry. By this report you are perfectly capable of fathering a child.
