Question: Dear Sir,
I got married 20 months before and I went to other state for Job.For the past 1 year we are trying for Baby. Two months before my wife met doctor for checkup. Her HCG test , menstrual cycle and test reports every thing seems normal.Still we are not achieving baby.Some time doctor say my reports ok. But my wife is not satisfied with my reports . I am totally confused .What I have do do. Please see my reports and tell me .I have take three times semen test. Is my semen test report or Normal. I dont know what to do please suggest me . doctor i need your suggestion. Please find my attached reports and gives suggestion

Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Your semen analysis and blood reports are normal.

There is something called unexplained infertility seen in 20%cases of infertility. Here the treatment is Ovulation induction for your wife from day 2 for 5 days and follow up with follicular study from day 11 every alternate day till follicle size reaches 20mm. Intercourse should be timed in and around the time of ovulation. Repeat scan has to be done to see for signs of ovulation. Post ovulatory period take progesterone tablet for luteal phase support. After taking these tablets for 6 cycles, still not conceiving, then intrauterine insemination can be tried..
