Brief Answer:
Seminal analysis shows infection in semen

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characters - volume and pH are within normal limits.
The sperm count and sperm concentration should be atleast 40 million/ejaculate and 20 million/ml. The sperm count and sperm concentration in your case is 96 million/ ejaculate and 38 million/ml which is normal.
Atleast 40 % of sperms should have active progressive motility.
In your case 45% of sperms should have active progressive motility.
Atleast 50 % sperms should have normal morphology.
In your case 95% sperms have normal morphology.
There is presence of pus cells, red blood cells and epithelial cells in sperm.
Presence of pus cells suggests presence of infection in the reproductive tract.

Thus, there is presence of pus cells or infection in the seminal fluid.
You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of antibiotic to clear the infection.
The sperm analysis should be repeated after clearing the infection.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
UTI can cause infection in the reproductive tract

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine examination shows presence of few bacteria and red blood cells.
However, the urine culture is negative.
Urinary tract infection can cause infection of the reproductive tract also.
Thus, treatment of infection is required to clear the infection.
Rest of the parameters on semen analysis are within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
