Brief Answer:
ICSI
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You condition is called "oligoasthenospermia" meaning low count and motility.
This is very low count and need to be examined by an urologist / XXXXXXX immediately.
Get a scrotal ultrasound doppler test done to rule out varicocele.
If this condition persists ( which is more likely), you may have t go for ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) technique to conceive. This is a type of test tube baby treatment.
