Brief Answer:
follow-up ultrasound at 7weeks.other parameters are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns,

I have gone thorough your ultrasound report.

Actually It is little early to get a ultrasound.that is why your ultrasound report is saying fetal cardiac activity has not appeared yet. It appears after 6weeks.
At 5weeks only gestational sac appears in ultrasound.
other parameters are normal.Anteverted is uterus position in pelvis.gravid means pregnant uterus.GSD is gestational sac diameter in which fetus will grow.

You should get a follow-up ultrasound to know the status of fetal cardiac activity.

I would suggest you that you should take healthy diet, sleep for 8 hours,do not lift heavy weight, avoid stress.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
this means that fetus has started to develop

Detailed Answer:
Tiny fetal pole means that formation of fetus has started.

As you will go for further ultrasounds, the size of fetal pole will increase.

Hope this clears your confusion.

Thanks.
