What Does My Sonomammography Test Report Indicate?

Attached the Sonomammography report.
Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attached report and happy that there is nothing very serious.
She has small fibroadenomas which are common and usually cause no symptoms except heaviness and slight pain off and on especially just before periods.
No active treatment needed for them.
She also has ductectasias which are mostly infective or inflammatory.
She needs a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs for at least 7 days.
Visit your doctor and get a prescription for Same.
If symptoms subside after treatment then get a mammogram after 6 months just to see if there are some hidden findings which are not apprent at this stage because of inflammation.

My sister follow-uped with doctor & she prescribed to take Primosa 1000mg(0-1-0) for 2 months and recommend to consult with Surgeon. I have few doubts on this. Below are my query. Please clarify.
1. As per my understanding Sonomammography scan is to access the breasts and the blood flow to areas inside it. Also used to detect Breast Cancer. If so report suggest for follow-up scan. How do we complete eliminate that there is no possibility of breast cancer in future /near future?
2. What is Primosa tablet & Why she need to take it for 2 month? Is this is general tablet for breast pain for women without any side-effect?
3. Do we need to consult Surgeon / specialist to rule out any possibility of breast related disease? If so please recommend whom to consult?
4. As per my understanding sonomammogram report should categorize results using number system 0 to 6 ie., Bi_RADS score. However in our report it was not mentioned, rather it suggest to do follow up scan. What does this mean?
Thanks,
-Ashok.
As per description
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear, mammography is used to detect cancers and that is done by assessing the nature, location and extent of mass in the breast tissue and the report is clearly suggestive of non cancerous tissue growth.
Primosa is a kind of non hormonal anti-proliferative medicine and is known to hell in fibroadenomas (though to some extent only) and has no significant side effects.
Consult a surgeon in case the size of lumps increase or there is pain, redness or itching over the breast.
This is BIRADS 1 as per description (self explanatory) so not mentioned per se.
In my opinion she will not need any surgery and will be fine.
