What Does My Sperm Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi
I am 32 ..My husband done a sperm analysis and he got the following parameters
Total Sper, Concentaration46.50 million per mm...Perecentage mobility 75% Grade A:60% Grade B:15% and Garde C:25%....... The Agglutitaion is positive and there are 3-4 pus cells/mgl ..Ther are also occasional epithelial cells.

Pllease let me know if the above parameters look normal and will it hinder his fertility

I think your husbands semen analysis is normal. Sperm count is normal and motility is also good.

But, there is no comment on morphology. So, I think you should ask about it from the laboratory where you have done the analysis.

Otherwise, the report is fine. If all your reports are normal and you are having regular periods, be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy.

The normal morphology is 60 and abnormal morphology is 40..I Have uploaded the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi I think the morphology is normal. One thing is about agglutination. There should be less than 50 % agglutination. If it is more than that, it can affect fertility.

Get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection.

He can take some antibiotics according to the culture report or can take doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 10 days. He should also take some vitamin supplements and antioxidant for 3 months.

Repeat a semen analysis after one month to see the effects.

Please talk to your doctor regarding this.
