Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
Two factors are crucial in having a good sample. First, the semen must be maintained at body temperature and it must be delivered to the testing facility within half an hour to 60 mins.
2 to 5 ml of seminal fluid is normally required. If you are not sure then you can repeat the test.
Please consult your doctor before taking further course of action
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello again.
I am sorry for your distress
In summary , the test was abnormal. The abnormality is not likely to be related to the inadequate amount. However, there is no harm in repeating the test.
Please let me know if you have any query , I ll try to explain it further.

Hello again.
Thanks for uploading the semen analysis.
The following is my reading of the labs that you uploaded.
Based on these labs, the sperm count and motility is low. The percentage of normal forms is taken out by counting up to 200 sperms individually. That turned out to be 0 %. At least 4 % of the sperms need to be of normal morphology which was also not present.

Hello again.
Kindly clarify the history to comment further.
Are you planning to conceive but unable to do so ?
For how long have you been trying ?
Is this the first infertility workup your husband underwent or have you been tested too ?
