Hello Dr ,
How is my report. This is enough for father of child????
Abnormal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
According to the report your seminal analysis is abnormal.
Sperm count is low, actively motile sperms are absent, more number of abnormal forms are there and pus cells are present.
The possible steps that can help you are:
-Consulting andrologist/urologist to rule out any structural abnormalities and taking treatment accordingly.
-Getting treated for infection, as pus cells are suggesting the possibility.
-Continuing the Ferpill as advised by your doctor.
-Avoiding stress and strain.
-Repeating seminal analysis after one month.
If improvement in sperm count or motility is observed, conception can be planned accordingly.
If sperm count increases upto 40 millions/cmm, with 50% motility, you can try for natural conception.
If at least 20 to 30 millions/cmm sperm count improvement occurs, you may choose IUI.
If there is no sufficient improvement, you may need other methods like IVF etc.
Take care.
