Brief Answer:
Need details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I have seen your report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case, I have found that your total protein is higher side (due to albumin and globulin are higher side) but within normal limit.

Your T3 and T4 are higher side as well. I would like to know do you have any history of thyroid disease. Are you taking any medications?
What symptoms made you to get investigations done?

Your complete blood picture is normal. No need to worry about Rbc.

Kindly get back to me with details.
Thank you.

Hi ,

I don't have thyroid before and not going under any medications now. my weight has been increased a lot from past 1 year, probably because of my diet and lack of any physical activity. But i wanted to lose some weight, so i thought it would be good to have this checks done before going to any dietitian. One of my friend suggested to have these tests done and consult the doctor before hitting gym.

Brief Answer:
Brisk walk for 30 mins

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for your information.

Since you are overweight then you have to reduce weigth by doing physical exercises. Sometimes protein levels are increased due to dehydration or nutritional deficiency or liver or kidney diseases.
Since T4 is slightly increased I suggest you repeat Free T3, Free t4 and tsh levels after one month along with renal and liver profile.
I also suggest you get blood vitamin D and vitamin b12 tests.

Do you have irregual menstrual cycles?

I suggest you repeat all tests after one month.

Meantime you can do brisk walk for 30 minutes daily and do mild physical exercises.
Multivitamin medication like Zincovit once a day after lunch.
Drink plenty of water and maintain your diet.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
