Brief Answer:
Indicative of hyperthyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your query and attached thyroid reports.

Your total T3 and T4 levels are mildly elevated with low TSH level which is indicative of hyperthyroidism here. (means over active thyroid)

But before going into further discussion let me know,

Have you tested for thyroid first time?
Since when you are taking this Thyronorm 75 mcg tablets?
Did anyone asked to take it or you are taking it yourself?

Kindly get back to me with these answers,I will guide you after that.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra

Brief Answer:
Could be due to extra dose of thyronorm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.

I have gone through added attachments and understand the concerns.

You are being treated for hypothyroidism (as per 21/12/2013 report) and considering your latest TSH and mildly elevated T3,T4 levels, you should decrease the Thyronorm dose to 50 mcg once daily after asking your treating doctor and get thyroid tests (TSH) again after 1 month.

As it may be possible that 75 mcg dosages have caused excess thyroid hormones in the blood leading to fall in Serum TSH (0.05) value (Normal value of TSH 0.25 to 4.5 miu/l depending upon the lab variations).

However,it might take some time to stabilize the exact dosage initially but once your dosage will be set then there will be no issue with elevation of thyroid hormones. So no need to worry.

Continue your thyroid treatment with regular follow-up at your treating physician and if possible check your thyroid profile on every alternative months at initial stages.

And when the dosage will be set you can go for testing every 3 to 6 monthly.

Also, thyroid tablet (Thyronorm) must be taken on empty stomach to get maximum absorption from the stomach as food might interfere with its absorption.
Ideally it is taken after 2 hours of having meal or before 45 minutes of meal.

Hope this detailed answer will be helpful.
