Excessive sweating may be due to many reasons like diabetes mellitus,hyperthyroidism,menopause,obesity,infection,drugs,anxiety etc.
You need proper clinical evaluation and further investigations.

Cause of increased body temperature should be searched out.It is important to rule out infection.
Hyperthyroidism also need to be excluded by clinical evaluation and TSH estimation.
