Question: hi dr. transvaginal utz done. impression anechoic fluid in the culdesac 4.74 x 2.01 x 2.25 cm volume 18.30 cc. at the internal os is a cystic, anechoic structure measuring 0.43 x 0.33 no double decidual sac sign. right ovary as decribed rule out corpus luteum hemorrhagicum. anteverted uterus intact endometrium left ovary apprears
