
What Does My Ultrasonogram Report Of My Scrotum Indicate?

Question: I tested ultrasonogram of scortum. the result is: Both testis are mildly decreased in size. however,screeing doppler shows normal blood flow and velocitiesof bialateral testicular arteries.
2)Dilated pampiniform plexus of veins seen in left hemiscrotum measring 3.6mm in diameter. 3)both epidedymi are normal in size,shaped and echopattern4)No evidence of hydrocele noted on both sides.
Impression: Mild decreased testicular volumes with normal vascularity.
Left mild varicocele.
Sperm count:8Millions.
Motility:
Progressive motility: 20%
Non Progressive motility:40%
non motile:40%
