What Does My Ultrasonography Report Indicate?
Question: Hi Dr XXXXXXX .
actually out of fear i didnt go to clinic for ultrasonography. i thought what if its cancer.i had two cyst on right testes one on top other on right side little below...one is gone..other is on top which XXXXXXX to increase when i press the ball and reduce when i touch the cyst ..is it oozing this has happened today itself.. theres no pain but i fear the liquid might cause hydrocele..

oozing swelling is a sebaceous Cyst Take antibiotic like Doxycycline and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily for a week
If don't not subside consult qualified General Surgeon for assessment you may need it to get it excised under local anaesthesia

i am taking med as prescribed by you thing is it has helped little like when i sit or stand it doesnt pain however if i touch it gives a shrill pain..smtimes theres a dull pain..I have taken the med for twice only till now.I have taken an appointment for tmrw to a Doc for more help in this case.The RT entirely doesnt pain but only that swollen part.I also have gas so smtimes it has an effect on the pain.Before it never used to pain oneday actually i pressed it many times after which it has taken this position.i fear if incision might make me loose my fertility .
