Question: Hello I'm 27 years old. I have thyroid problem. Can I get pregnant.
My ultrasound report 10th day - right ovary 11.6 mm left ovary 13 mm. Endometrial thickness 6.8
Fluid in pod - nil.

The findings of the follicular study are indicative of 10th day of the cycle.
The egg or ovum is released (ovulation) usually on 15-16th day of the cycle,
You need to follow the study on 12th and 16th day of the cycle to see whether or not ovulation has occurred.
Follicular study is done to study the development of follicles in each ovary with endometrial changes in the uterus.
Ultrasonography is done usually on alternate days from the mid days of the cycle up to the rupture of ovum from ovary.
Ovulation is confirmed by presence of mild free fluid in pouch of XXXXXXX You can plan for unprotected intercourse during next the two days from the ovulation day as chances of pregnancy is maximum in these two days.
Man on top is the preferable position for the best chances of pregnancy.
Also female partner should lie down for 15-20 minutes after intercourse so that sperms can ascend inside easily.
She must continue to use treatment for hypothyroidism i.e., Levothyroxine as prescribed the doctor.
