Please provide detailed history
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
You have informed your history too briefly for me to get any more clear picture. However, your BMI is 25.6, which is on higher side. Normal BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9. There is a possibility of PCOS. Please get your blood examined for FSH, LH, Oestrogen, Progesterone, AMH, T3, T4 and TSH. Please upload the reports.
Please concentrate on your weight reduction. Your diet should be rich in proteins, low carbohydrates and fats. Regular exercise will help you reduce your weight.
I would urge you please provide me detailed information pertaining to the questions I have asked you in my previous communication. Then I can advise you further.
