Brief Answer:
Your ultrasound is explained

Detailed Answer:
hello XXXXXXX
thanks for contacting health care magic.
Looking at your ultrasound report, it is evident that you are pregnant with a single live fetus with crown rump length (CRL) = 25.2mm which corresponds to 09 weeks and 01 day of gestation ultrasonologically. this may not corroborate with your lmp (Last menstrual period) .
Secondly the scan shows the presence of a well defined fluid collection at lower pole of sac. It measures appx 0.9 ccs. This is a retro or sub chorionic fluid collection. This simply means that there is fluid or blood between the egg and the uterus with which it has attached.
This is an ominous feature which can make the implantation weaker and may cause early /late first trimester abortion.
Hence in order to prevent any chances of abortion, the signs of which you saw in terms of spotting in last few days, you have been advised absolute bed rest. Movement and activity with presence of sub chorionic bleed can increase chances of chorionic separation and abortion to occur.

Presently fetal heart rate is fine and the pregnancy is safe. So precaution is advised in terms of restrictive movement. Tab dupastan and fertigyn injection have been advised to support the pregnancy with hormones so that placentation can mature faster and early and similar spotting episodes can be avoided. This would have to be continued ideally till 14 weeks period of gestation when the fetus has implanted firmly to the uterine wall and there exists no chances of abortion thereby.
XXXXXXX toilets can be used but straining while passing stools should be avoided, running, climbing stairs should be avoided. For initial 1 week absolute bed rest is favorable. Continue medications. Don’t worry these are protective medications and not going to harm the fetus. Fetus is at present healthy. You need to take precautions that all.

Thank you for your explanation.
So My bed rest means I can sit and lie down - both, correct. Not just restricted to lying down alone.

yes restricted movements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
thanks for the query at health care magic

Yes of course bed rest means you can do your daily morning activities .can sit on bed and prefer lying down. Idea is tht the uterus should not be strained or exerted under any circumstsnce.and yes intercourse has to br avoided completely.
