Question: Hi I just had a ultrasound and it says I had dominant follicles measuring 26mm which have been seen in both ovaries . Can you please tell me what that means

Yes but i would like to know is i am abke to concive what does it mean am i about to ovulate or dis i ovulate or am i ovulating

So you cant tell me that the size of the follocals mean ovulation or not

It is difficult to tell about ovulation based on the size of follicles.

You need to get the blood tests done to confirm the ovulation. Pain during periods and regular periods may mean that you are having ovulation.

Yes i have a lot of which feels like ovulation and i just did 5 obulation test and they were all posative 5 peak smily faces with clear blue digital ovulation kit test

Positive tests for ovulation is a good news.

Another point that may suggest ovulation is pre-menstrual symptoms, such as heaviness of head, irritation, mood swings, etc just before the start of periods.

In this case, you would get pregnant.

But becaue i took clomid on 20/10/14 to 24/10/14 i shoukd of ovulated already i think im to late now
