Question: Hi doctor,
Below is my wife's Observation report.
Please let me know if any problems and also please let me know about "Breech Presentation and Placenta is fundo-posterior , grade I upper segment." and Will the baby turns head down during coming weeks.
Observation : Single live intrauterine gestation noted with breech presentation. Placenta is fundo-posterior , grade I upper segment. Amniotic fluid is adequate. Foetal heart rate is 150 beats/ min. Cervical length : 3.6 cm. Internal Os closed. Foetal measurements are : BPD - 29.2 mm corresponding to 15 weeks 2 days. HC - 10.6 mm corresponding to 14 weeks 5 days. FL - 85.5 mm corresponding to 14 weeks 6 days. AC - 16.1 mm corresponding to 14 weeks 5 days. EFW - 62 gms. Ultrasound mean gestational age : 14 weeks 6 days.
Impression : Single live intrauterine pregnancy of 14 weeks 6 days.
