Brief Answer:
ultrasound is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
Iam Dr.Srilatha gynaecologist. In my opinion the ultrasound report is normal.
The uterus, ovaries, endometrial thickness, both side adnexae are normal.
So need not worry.Relax.
The HCG hormone level needs to be monitored weekly till it comes to normal level.
The chances of recurrence of ectopic pregnancy is 10% only.
Plan the next pregnancy after 4-6 months till the body gets adjusted.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
It is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,i got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the bulky ovary means slightly enlarged ovary. It might be due to the effect of pregnancy hormones.
It will take some time around 1-2 months to come to normal.
Dont worry. That is a normal finding.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
