What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: I would like a second opinion / reading of this ultrasound image. Please tell me what you can about the date of conception, and the health of the fetus, based on what you can see. The scan was taken July 23, 2015.

In my opinion I would like to know the number of gestational weeks,liquor status,the measurements of parameters like BPD,HC,FL,AC ,the placental position,your last menstrual period, and if your menstrual cycles are regular to give you better suggestions.
Only visualization of image might not help in proper evaluation.

I understand - im not sure how to answer the question. I can say I have been drinking alcohol. But I would at least like to know what the suggested date of conception (or range) is. I have been bleeding a lot but I don't know what that means.

In my opinion the alcohol intake during pregnancy might not be safe.
It leads to complications like miscarriage,preterm labour and poor growth,learning and behavioral problems in the baby.
The exact safety limit in alcohol intake is not known so better it is avoided in pregnancy.
The bleeding in pregnancy might be due to miscarriage due to hormonal abnormalities like thyroid or progesterone insufficiency or low lying placenta or any cervical bleeding.It should be evaluated immediately so consider consulting a doctor.
I would be happy in suggesting you range of conception if you provide me the report that they gave you with the ultrasound image.
The report consists of all the information I asked you in the previous answer.
I also want to know when was your last menstrual period and whether your menstrual cycles are regular or not.
