Brief Answer:
Consider Continuing Anti-Ulcer Treatment for longer sessions...!!

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear, Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed facts of your query in context to your health concerns.
Your liver / pancreatic / and gall bladder investigations are normal as submitted by.
With a given history of positive breath test for H.Pylori, your current complaints seems to be a case of "recurrence after short remission of 3 weeks".

Investigations-
In such a scenario,as a standard triple drug eradication regime of 1 week course against H.Pylori has failed,I would suggest you to get the UBT(urea breath test) for H.Pylori recurrent infection.
Review for other causes as IBS and Kidney disease/ infection is essential during this assessment while on your visit with your doctor.

Remedy suggested-
I would suggest to use longer session of 2 weeks with tripple drug therapy with changed antibiotics, which your doctor would do for you.
But if it still recurs, quadruple regime with Bismuth+Metrogyl+Tetracycline Capsule with Omeprazole(PPI), would help you in that case.

Besides those,
-Rule out IBS also while discussing with your GI Doctor.
-Also rule out Kidney pathology causing clicking under your right rib cage.
-Most importantly -you should avoid outside food/or hotel/street food,if you are on it.

-Change food habits-Style-
Good hygienic home food with bland non spicy, non fried diet for 4-6 weeks,
with Yoghurt helpings regularly, would cut the recurrence chances and would long remissions in your case.
