What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hi. following my previous question...
I am currently 5 weeks pregnant following an ectopic and consequently removal of my left fallopian tube. (this was back in feb)
I have visited the doctor and via a tv ultrasound they know that this time it's not ectopic (yey!), that the corpus luteum is on the right ovary, and that the left is totally clear.
why am I getting occasional cramps on my left side where I was operated upon please? my gynecologist originally told me it is probably due to adhesions of fibrous tissue . (this was a week ago)
why am I still feeling this pain?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the left side is clear on ultrasound, then there is nothing to worry.
Your doctor is right in saying that it is from the adhesions that are formed post surgery.
I suggest you not to worry and take medications as prescribed by your doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
