Brief Answer:
Your PSA is absolutely within normal range .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done all the routine blood tests as a routine health check up andd found your PSA to be 1.01 which is absolutely within normal range of below 4.

Prostate secretes PSA which is necessary for liquefaction of thick semen so that sperm can swin and move forwardin to cervix aand Uterus for fertilizaation odf female egg.

The normal level of PSA ranges from 0-4.It is the higher level than 4 that has significance ,

The level of 4 is the highest level of PSA and considered to be normal .

Since your PSA is just 1 you need not worry about it at all and think of reducing it As such you can not lower it by any means .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
