Brief Answer:
Needs proper monitoring.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

A just adequate amniotic fluid at 20 weeks can interfere with the normal growth of the baby. The diastolic notch in both uterine arteries can decrease the amount of amniotic fluid. It is best to continue with a high protein diet and ARG 9 sachets and go for a regular ultrasound scans to monitor the growth of the baby.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Have a healthy diet.

Detailed Answer:
As far as diet is concerned you can have home made fresh food but try to avoid spicy food and take less salt.Green leafy vegetables , fresh fruits , whole grains , pulses should be taken more often.Eat frequent but small meals. Take milk at least twice a day.
You can sleep in any direction but left lateral position is the best.Eight hrs sleep during night and 2 hrs during day time is required. Drink plenty of fluids. Go for regular Brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily. Take regular iron , calcium and DHA supplements as prescribed by your gynecologist.
