What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hello, I am about 5 weeks pregnant and went for my first appointment yesterday. Blood and urine test showed I am in fact pregnant, but they did an ultrasound and they could not see anything at this time, is this normal? Could it be to early?

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic
It is too early to be detected on ultrasound so don't worry and just get a repeat scan after 10 days.
