What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: i was having dark urine from 2 years , it would look like yellow but somtimes reddish yellow.
i have done 10 urinalysis all came back negative for blood.
an ultrasound which showed fatty liver
now a contrast ct kub which showed small stone in kidney
i went to a urologist , he said for dark ueine drink lots of water and unless anything comes in urinalysiis , then we wlill proceddd for treatment.
but urinalysis showed nothing and i did not even notice pure red urine.
yesterday i was urinating in an XXXXXXX style toilet , i noticed white tissue, when i felt it it was like onion , i dont knoe it was from my urine, could it be from my urine?
as a day before i hav ealreadt done cct kub?
does a tissue in urine feel like onion?

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted I would state that dark colored urine without any urinary symptoms and negative on urine analysis and CT kUB is usually due to urine being concentrated resulting from less water intake and has no significance .

As regards white onion like tissue in urine you have to be sure of it coming from your urethral opening and should be confirmed by fresh urine analysis .It is usually clump of dissquamated epithelial cells shed off from the wall of the urinary bladder and represent chronic infection .Hence I would suggest you to repeat urine analysis and urine culture .

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute .

Infective debris or muck is soft to touch .Contrast CT KUB detects growth in bladder which is seen as a filling defect in bladder .

it was like onion on touching and pressing ,it was big,if it would have come from urethra, I would have felt pain, after that I kept on urinating in glass,there was no evidence of that onion like tissue
with CT being normal, can I be assured of no growth in bladder attaching CT report

if onion like tissue was of epithelial cells , then there would be presence of large no of epithelial cell in urine?

Presence of epithelial cells will be reflected in routine urine analysis o microscopic examination .
