What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: My periods came on XXXXXXX 2nd regular cycles. In July I got to know I was pregnant. The only synptoms i had was increase in urine and nipple soreness . I took the first abortion pill on 11th July and the 2nd dose on 13th as per a doctors instrctions . I went for an ultrasound 15 days later and got confirmation of the abortion .after that I had protected sex 2 times and we were very careful to check the condom and found no break .
I had a laprascopic cyst removal on 4th of august to remove a 9 cm simple left ovarian cyst . It's been 1 week 2 days and now I am having increase in appetite and nipple soreness .can I be pregnant again ?

I bleed for 12 days after the abortion spotted for 3 days when I thought it will stop totally i started light bleeding for 6 days on 25th July to 31 st July and then stopped completely withiut spotting also .but I don't know if it was my period as it was light and I didn't have any cramps like I usually do . Will my urine test be accurate now ? Since I had an abortion last month .

Do periods and their symptoms change after abortion or laprascopy? It's been only 4 weeks since abortion so I guess it won't be accurate now right? When can I expect my period ? My last period was in XXXXXXX 2nd abortion on 11 n 13th July . Surgery on 4th August . When can I get my periods
