What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi doctor, I'm XXXXXXX 21 yrs unmarried. I'm having problem of irregular periods. I consult doctor she asked to take hormone tests and USG. They reported as uterus appears normal in size, shape, echotexture. No obivious SOL is seen. Endometrial thickness is 5. 9mm. Both ovaries are normal in size and show multiple follicles of same size arranged peripherall. No pperiovarian fluid collection is seen, no free fluid in pelvis. and reported as polypolycystic ovaries and having normal uterus. They prescribed vitamin tablets and M2tone syrup. My question
Is it leads to any infertility problem or not.

I have gone through your ultrasound report but you have not given any information about your hormonal profile, are you over weight or not, having facial hair growth etc.
Actually PCOD is a endocrinal disorder in which androgen levels are increase and sometimes patient does not ovulating because of this it may cause infertility but with some lifestyle changes and drugs people can conceive easily.
