What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hello,
I've 2 missed apportion. I've done all required tests for this case and everything was normal. I've done many vagina ultra sounds in big hospitals and suddenly yesterday I went to a doctor to check my ovulation ( day 11)everything was normal But the ultra sound specialist noticed a spectrum in the uterus I want to send you the report of the ultra-sound and the images of my uterus of the last report. Also I've images while I was pregnant I'll attach them as well. because a doctor told me that the spectrum can be seen while the woman is pregrent in the ultrasound So I sent you a photo of my utures in the 2nd apportion ( when the examiner figured that the heart petting was stopped)

I have seen the attached images and after evaluating them it is very apparent that the latest image is definitely not normal.
Do you have more images attached with the latest report and the report of ultrasound as well?
In case you do then kindly attach the same and send me along with a repeat picture of the ultrasound in pregnancy with a better focus.
I will be able to give you a better consultation based on the above requested images.

I understand your anxiety related to the issue but there is nothing to worry about.
It is quite evident in pictures sent by you that you have a septum in uterine cavity which must have been there when you were pregnant but got missed.
It is not clear in the previous image which was taken during pregnancy that is why I asked for more images in the pregnancy time ultrasound.
But that is not an issue anyways but the last scan image (current in non pregnant state) is quite suggestive of septum in uterine cavity.
I know you must have been in stress because of this but it has no implication on future pregnancy issues except that there can be increased risk of abortion again as at times placenta gets implanted on the septum and thus there can be compromised blood supply of the baby.
So a lot of care will be needed once you fall pregnant again in the form of regular ultrasound and antenatal visits.
All the best and don't be anxious about it at all.

I've contacted my hospital where I did my 1st abortion
I attached 3 reports
when the examiner figured that the fetal was dead and a report after abortion to check that utuers is clean
By the way I've not done cortege in both apportions
and if there is a spectrum
do i need to do operation !!

All in all nothing active needs to be done and just plan your pregnancy and rest will depend on the site of implantation of pregnancy.
But in case there is still some difficulty in growth of fresh pregnancy despite of all precautions then you might need surgical correction of the septum and then plan pregnancy.
