What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?
Question: USG on abdomen has a finding stated below.
An ill defined simple cyst of size 6.7X6.1X2.8 cm Volume approx 60.6 ml is seen probably arising from left ovary.
Mammogram States no abnormalities but radiologically benign appearing axillary lymph nodes with preserved fatty hilium seen. Is it a big concern?.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Not a big concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
You probably seem to have simple ovarian cyst.
This is not a major issue to worry.
Regarding benign lymph nodes in the axilla, you need not worry .
The only thing I advise you at the moment is to repeat both scans after 6 months and look for resolution of these findings.
As of now you don't require any specific therapy.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Yes you can go for another one
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, you can go for a baby again.
A single fallopian tube is enough for fertilisation to occur.
A Single fallopian tube is not a limitation for another pregnancy.
But make sure the pregnancy is intrauterine by a serial ultrasonography.
Thank you.
