Brief Answer:
Placenta migrates upwards with gestation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Placenta previa grade 2 means that the placenta is lying in the lower uterine segment, and reaching the margin of internal os.
Mostly, the placenta migrates upwards with increasing gestation age, and reaches the upper segment by 24 weeks of gestation.
In 2% cases, the placenta do not migrates upwards and remains as placenta previa.
In this scenario, there are risks of bleeding during pregnancy and the delivery is usually by caesarean section.
I will suggest you not to worry so much now, and get a repeat ultrasound at 20-24 weeks to assess the position of placenta.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No need of complete bed rest

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, there is absolutely no need of complete bed rest.
You should avoid doing heavy work, lifting heavy things, taking long road trips and avoid intercourse.
These acts can trigger bleeding.
Rest, there is no particular posture for placenta previa patient.
