What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am 40 and would like start trying for a baby. I have had hormone bloods that are normal an ultrasound scan that looks normal. Told to relax and have intrcourse 3 times a week. I am taking vitamins and folic acid. My periods have suddenly stopped which we think is due to stress. I have had my dad very poorly and 2 close relatives have died so we think this is the cause of stopped periods. Can I still conceive if I usually have a regular my cycle? My cycles at 27 to 30 days but today is day 55 and still no bleeding. What are your thoughts please? Will my periods come back naturally looking at my ultrasound scan? Yes, both physical and mental stress can cause imbalance in the hormone levels. This can lead to irregularity in cycles or abnormal menstrual flow.

Need not worry, if all the test results are normal,then chances of natural conception are good.

I have attached report. I am on day 57 and no bleeding will it come back naturally? I dont want intervention as I believe this is all a natural thing

I duly noted the ultrasound report uploaded by you, and I noticed that there seems to be some abnormality in both ovaries, more so in right ovary, where there is a cyst. hence this might also be a cause for not conceiving as a result of hormonal imbalance. so I strongly recommend you to consult a gynaecologist for further cinical evaluation.
