Question: using a clearblue fertility monitor but it only ever shows high fertility and not peak. I have had blood test and an ultrasound scan done please find reports attached. 2nd scan I had shows the cyst has resolved. Do you see I can conceive naturally I am worried sick I will never be a mum

Please find attached an ultrasound scan report. I have since had another scan and cyst has resolved. Do you see I still need to see a Gynaecologist though other scan was normal? Was Gynaecologist just recommended due to the cyst which has now resolved? Do you see I can conceive naturally? All hormone bloods are good. FSH, LH TFT etc

Does the scan show i ovulate as I am worried I dont ovulate! Will ai ever be a mum naturally and is the key to have intercourse every 2 days? To be honest I have never had regular intercourse but now I am really go to go for it

Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern regarding pregnancy and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
I went through the reports you have uploaded, I am of the opinion that cyst has resolved, and there is no need to get a confirmation from a gynaecologist regarding that, however you will have to consult the gynaecologist for further clinical evaluation of pregnancy as its difficult to correlate findings of scan without clinical examination as they both are complementary.
Yes you can conceive naturally as all the parameters appear to be normal, right from hormonal levels to micro nutrients to electrolyte balance.
another reason why you need to get clinically evaluated is non confirmatory results in clearblue fertility monitor(even though its not very significant, but to allay fears in your mind).
coming to your question of necessity of having regular intercourse, yes I think you should,as the chances of conceiving are more with best of efforts.
Don't ever think that you can't conceive because of some previous illness, and put enormous pressure on mind. As stress is the most common cause for infertility.
Continue all the medications you are taking, relax and have positive frame of mind.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

So you think with regular intercourse every other day throughout cycle I should get pregnant? How long should it take to get pregnant. I go to give it until christmas and if not conceived by then I go for further advice. In the meantime I will try and lose weight

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Well, the ovulation occurs approximately around 14th day of 28 days menstrual cycle and given the viability of sperm to be around 3-5 days, the chances of conception are more during 4 to 5 days before and after the day of ovulation. Hence this 10 day period, you have to definitely have intercourse to increase the chances of conception and get pregnant. And following which, there will be delay on your regular period cycle in case of fertilisation and this would take approximately 2 weeks, after which you can undergo test for pregnancy.
Yes, loosing weight is also crucial in determining outcome of pregnancy. Go ahead.
Hope I answered all your queries.
Do get back to me, if you want further clarification or have a follow up query.
