Question: My mother in law had a stomach pain and doctor advised scan. Find attached the scan. Need a second opinion on the report

Hi,

Ultrasound scan showed nothing grossly abnormal findings. It mentioned that a small kidney stone could have passed out of urine recently and so there is slight bulge in the pipe connecting kidney to pass urine outside.

However, it would be better to undergo CT scan also to clarify things more appropriately.

Thanks for clarifying.
Pain started 3 days before and was advised with pain killer. Pain was better.
Again after 3 days pain started and again given pain killer was given over saline and it got better.
Then doctor advised for scan. After checking scan report doctor advised urine culture.

Advised medicines:-
Tab Hifenac-P 100/325 mg
PAN 40 mg

Want to check more details about the medicines and also is the symptom's related to any serious problem?

Age of the Patient : 45
Sex : Female.

Not a serious problem. Possibility of a kidney stone. Could be visualised better on CT scan regarding location. There is possibility that it could have already passed away in urine also.
