Question : I have an ultrasound and results show right ovary size 11cc with follicle 18mm the other ovary is 5.4cc , my question is ovaries grow together with the follicle?

Slightly bulky ovaries in menstruating lady is normal. With follicles, ovary size may increase a bit.
