Question: I am having a large anechoic cyst in my abdomen with size of 164*121*89. kindly suggest me for the removal.

Before advising any treatment more details regarding the cyst will be needed. Was the cyst diagnosed on ultrasound or CT scan? Could you upload the reports. Most of the cysts this size do need surgery.

I have gone through the reports you have uploaded. A surgery is recommended with this size of tumor. I would advise to get a Pre operative CA125 ( blood test) done to see for the possibility of carcinoma .

Just wanted to confirm if its a cyst or tumor.
And if I go to the pathology for prescribed test, can it be use as reference for test or I will be needing some hand written reference.

hello,
it is more likely to be a cyst. However there is very small chance of it being a tumor. ( hence the need to get a CA 125 test).

You can get CA 125 done at any lab. Some labs do require a hand written note, while some do it on the patients demand. You will have to check with your local lab regarding this.
