Brief Answer:
Upper Gastro endoscopy stool microscopy and blood counts
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I went through the reports, scan and the prescription given by the doctor. The medicines given by doctor are symptomatic and given standard initially. I do not know if she had met a specialist. The prescription did not show the name of doctor and specialty.
If this prescription was followed for more than two months and still if your sister has a problem of stomach pain you need to these things the next.
1) Meet a Gastroenterologist for Upper GI endoscopy
2) Get stool microscopy
3) Blood counts and urine
Please get step 2 and step 3 done and meet a gastroenterologist along with stool, urine, blood and Ultrasound abdomen.

Brief Answer:
Mucosal erosions in the stomach
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The endoscopy report was clear that she has erosions or ulcers in the stomach. Generally we should identify the reasons why they developed and eliminate them. This is first and foremost. E.g any pain killer use, stress in life.
Along with this, medications as prescribed by your doctor are good.
Small and frequent meals have to be taken and do not gap more than 2 hours for the stomach to empty, you should fill it again with small meal.
No coffee
Avoid consuming spices and fat in your food. Eat bland without spices. Avoid consuming whole grains, cereals, non-citrus fruits, green vegetables and dairy products. You may also have to avoid acidic foods such as tomatoes, oranges, and pineapple. This simply means take foods that are easy to digest.
No colas, fizzy drinks or carbonated drinks.
This modifications have to continued for 12 weeks to see results.
When there is a pain take the same tablets that you doctor prescribed.
Other important thing that helps in yoga and meditation that can really make life painless and happy.
All the best.
