Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Firstly, I apologize on behalf for HCM team for the late reply.
Thank you for posting query at HCM.

Noted that your gall bladder has a 11mm polyp found on Ultrasonography recently. Furthermore, the size increased from 6mm to 11mm in last three years.

Further course of action as per now is:
1. Endoscopic ultrasound and CT is recommended to illustrate further features of the polyp and its risk for malignancy.

2. Observation and follow up examination ( annually or bi-annually) maybe the management if - a) NO gall stones are found,
b) If NO clinical symptoms and
c) If gall bladder polyp was found on a routine ultrasound examination

Gall bladder polyps Polyps with concomitant gall stones and/or troublesome symptoms affecting daily life usually require gall bladder resection.

Secondly, Alcohol ingestion and obesity are common causes of fatty liver disease.

Advice for fatty liver:
- abstinence from "Alcohol" (if you consume)
- LOW fat diet should be followed, AVOID junk/processed food and beverages
- decreased oil consumption (oily food)
- NO red meat
- green vegetables should be ingested daily
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- reduce weight if overweight/obese
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks" and/or ultrasound.

Any further questions are most welcome.

Hope to answer your concern.

Detailed Answer:
hi.
thanks for getting back to me.

that is wonderful if CM, LFT and all other investigations are normal.
Moreover, if you have NO symptoms and are otherwise healthy, then malignancy risk is almost not present at all.
However, CT and Endoscopic Ultrasound may aid in further ruling out the risk and giving a better picture.

Observation would be the further course of action in my sound knowledge.

Any further questions are most welcome.
its my pleasure to clear your doubts.
