Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Your TSH is normal. It is extremely unlikely you have a thyroid problem because the TSH isa very reliable test to detect thyroid conditions.

The urine test results are concerning. Both the positive ketones as well as WBC counts and the bacteria are worrisome.

When I see someone like you I refer them straight to the ER (Emergency Room) after stabilising their vital signs such blood pressure.

For example, positive ketones can occur with high blood glucose levels i.e. diabetes. So it is important to test for this. The urine analysis suggests infection and that needs to be promptly treated.

You must immediately seek medical care. Typical tests that may be run on you in addition to a thorough physical examination are:

CBC
CMP
HbA1c
Urine culture
Serum Beta hydroxy butyrate
Blood gases
ECG
