Question: Hi, i have my urine routine done...
im not a diabetic by my urine glucose is +++ for the first time.
n Baccilli is 147/hpf
amd yeast cells -Good number of budding yeasts seen.
so, what do these mean?

Thanks for query ,Based on the facts and report of urine analysis presence of 3+++ glucose strongly suggest Diabetes with yeast infection (Genital Candidiasis).
You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic test done to confirm the diagnosis ,
1)Urine culture
2) swab test of a discharge .
3) Blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch to confirm the diabetes.
Take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin with anti fungal medication like fluconazole twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .
Proper diabetic control is mandatory to eradicate fungal infection .
