Brief Answer:
urine infection, glomerulonephritis (kind of kidney infection), etc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Urine test results are showing high levels of white blood cells and red blood cells. This can be due to one of many reasons such as urine infection, glomerulonephritis (kind of kidney infection), etc.

Report also indicates antibodies detected to Herpes simplex virus-1 (HSV-1). You need clinical evaluation and further testing to confirm presence of infection to treat appropriately.

Thanks!
