Question: I am been experiencing some discomfort -soreness in my penis since last 2-3 weeks . I got urine and culture test done and it is normal . Can you suggest some ointment to relieve pain ? No visible rash

I have gone through out previous thread of discussion on your problem since three weeks .
I have explained the scientific reason for discomfort in penis .
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Have you consulted qualified Proctologist or General Surgeon for piles to know the degree of piles and taken necessary treatment for the same ?
2) What is the status of your piles ?
The discomfort that you have will not go away as long as your piles are in a stage of active inflammation or not treated properly .
There is mo ointment that can relieve your discomfort in penis .

Piles are no longer bleeding . But yes there is inflamation

If inflammation still exists one is bound to get irritation and pain and discomfort in rectum and penis .
I would again reemphasize you to consult General Surgeon for proctoscopic examination .
He would be the best judge to decide regarding need for surgery to excise the piles (Hemorrhoidectomy).
