Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection can be present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
RBC in urine can be commonky seen in Urinary Tract Infection( UTI ) or kidney stones.
I would suggest following investigations:-
1. Urine examination ( Culture / Sensitivity test).
2. CT Scan of KUB region.
I would advise that you should drink lots of water daily. Avoid spicy foods.
Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is not significantly high. But urinary tract infection is present. Please get it treated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After going through your reports, I would suggest that your creatinine level is not significantly high (normal higher limit in your lab is 1.4). On seeing other reports, it is clear that you are having urine infection and needs urgent proper medications.
I will again repeat to get Culture/Sensitivity test of your urine done and start antibiotics accordingly. In addition, I would advise taking Di Sodium Hydrogen Citrate syrup (easily available in XXXXXXX market as Syp. Alkasol) in diluted form i.e. dissolve 10 ml of the syrup in 1/2 to 1 glass of water and then drink it, to be repeated thrice daily. This treatment along with the appropriate antibiotic according to the culture report should be taken by you for at least 7 days.
Also drink lots of water daily.
I hope this answers your query.
Regards. Thanks.
