What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?
Question: HI, My father Urine report shows E coli- 10000 colonies/ml grown. His Kindney ultrasoud report show both kidney in small size but placed in correct position.

Well its clearly an urine infection. You have even got the urine culture sensitivity test done which is showing infection. The report also shows that the E.Coli is susceptible to many antibiotics of which Nitrofuratoin is one.
I advise you to get prescription for Nitrofurantoin and start taking it ( unless you are allergic to it )
Regarding small sized kidneys it needs further evaluation to know the cause. In that regard I advise you to get MR Angiogram of renal arteries and revert back with reports.

He has started taking medicine for b.p. i.e. CILNIDIPINE 5 mg. He is already taking medicine for diabities i.e.DIAMICRON MR.
Do we need to take any precaution in food?

With respect to diabetes he needs to avoid sweets, fruit juices , carbonated drinks, have light lunch and dinner.
Increase the intake of vegetables in the diet and reduce the quantity of rice, non veg food.
